Apollo Portable Lamp is designed for HAY by STUDIO 0405 and conceived as a fully portable, free-standing light source suited to both indoor and outdoor use. Hand-made in a single piece of opal glass, its rounded, unified form is a contemporary interpretation of the classic lamp silhouette — the simplicity of the shape giving it an adaptability across very different spatial contexts. The light source and rechargeable battery are concealed entirely within the shade, illuminating the upper portion of the glass to produce a warm, ambient glow that creates atmosphere wherever the lamp is placed.

The Apollo's portability is central to its design intent — it can be moved freely between rooms, taken outdoors, and repositioned without the constraint of a power cable.
