Palissade Barstool is part of Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec's Palissade outdoor furniture collection for HAY — an outdoor barstool built in powder-coated hot-rolled steel with the same structural integrity and formal language as the other pieces in this architecturally considered system. The Palissade's consistent use of flat steel planes, precise angular forms, and honest welded construction gives the barstool a clear family identity within the collection and a robust, confident presence in outdoor settings where lesser materials would deteriorate quickly or lack the visual authority the Palissade system projects.

The barstool format extends the Palissade system's applicability to outdoor bar and counter-height settings — terraces with raised counters, outdoor hospitality bars, and elevated outdoor dining configurations where a standard dining chair seat height is not appropriate for the working surface. The hot-rolled steel construction and powder-coating ensure long-term outdoor durability and a sophisticated, consistent finish across the full collection. The stool's material weight provides inherent stability in exposed outdoor conditions where lighter furniture pieces are less reliable. The Palissade collection has been widely adopted in high-profile public and hospitality outdoor settings, confirming its suitability for the most demanding outdoor specification contexts.

The Palissade Barstool is well suited to residential terrace bar settings, outdoor hospitality counter environments, and any exterior space where a weather-proof, design-quality outdoor barstool of strong formal character is required. Available as part of the comprehensive Palissade collection in HAY's range of outdoor powder-coated colours. A Revit file is also available alongside the 2D and 3D formats, making the Palissade Barstool straightforward to specify and coordinate within BIM-based architectural and hospitality project workflows.

Available as a 2D DWG drawing, 3D model and Revit file.
