Sally Stool by Plus Halle was designed by Busk + Hertzog — the Copenhagen studio of Flemming Busk and Stephan Hertzog — as a compact, multi-use stool suited to a wide range of interior contexts. The Sally is characterised by a clean, unaffected form: a well-proportioned seat surface, simple leg structure and a design approach that prioritises visual lightness and spatial versatility over formal statement-making. Busk + Hertzog's practice consistently produces furniture in which the quality lies in proportion, material care and the resolution of detail rather than in decorative gesture, and the Sally stool is a clear expression of this approach at a modest and practical scale.
