NJP Short Wall Lamp by Louis Poulsen is the compact wall-mounted variant in Oki Sato's NJP series for Louis Poulsen, introduced in 2015. Like the Long version, it reimagines the classic anglepoise concept — honest exposed joints, visible springs, articulated arm — in a refined, pared-back contemporary form. The Short arm suits contexts where wall-to-task-surface distance is shorter: a lamp positioned close to the wall over a nightstand, above a compact desk built into a run of joinery, or in a corridor reading niche. Powder-coated aluminium and steel construction gives the NJP Short the same material quality as the wider family.

The NJP Short Wall Lamp's reduced arm projection is its defining spatial characteristic: it maintains a tighter relationship with the wall plane than the Long variant, making it the correct choice where space is constrained or where the lamp needs to read as integrated with the surrounding architecture rather than extending into the room. The steplessly adjustable organic head and flexible joint system retain the full range of directional positioning of the NJP series within a more compact footprint.

Interior architects and lighting designers specifying wall-mounted task lighting for residential bedrooms, hotel guest rooms, home offices and compact hospitality environments will find the NJP Short Wall DWG drawing and CAD block useful for precise wall layout and mounting-height coordination. The 3D model and Revit family enable BIM-accurate placement and IFC-compliant documentation for coordinated delivery. A well-resolved and versatile specification for quality task-oriented wall lighting in constrained or compact interior contexts.

Available as a 2D DWG drawing, 3D model, Revit file and IFC file.
